HEMIDI PUBLIC CONTENT AND PARTNER MARKETPLACE POLICY

Effective date: March 26, 2026

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies when you:

  • make projects, shared templates, workflows, sample data, prompts, documents, or other content public on the Service;
  • post listings, extensions, integrations, or other digital assets on Hemidi's partner marketplace or library;
  • allow others to view, fork, remix, download, install, purchase, or reuse content that you post.

2. Responsibilities of the Poster

You are responsible for ensuring that public content or marketplace listings:

  • do not violate the law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights of any person;
  • do not contain malware, backdoors, unauthorized tracking mechanisms, or components that may cause material harm to Users;
  • include truthful descriptions of functionality, limitations, technical dependencies, access rights, and related risks;
  • do not falsify origin or present themselves as official Hemidi content without Hemidi's approval.

3. Rights Hemidi Needs to Operate the Service

When you set content to public mode or post it to the partner marketplace, you authorize Hemidi to use such content to the extent necessary to:

  • store, display, index, distribute, and promote the content within the Service;
  • create previews, metadata, collections, or search results;
  • enable supported product functions such as viewing, downloading, forking, remixing, installing, or sharing;
  • moderate, attach warning labels, conduct safety scans, or process complaints.

This right of use is non-exclusive and solely for the purpose of operating the Service, and does not alter your ownership of the original content.

4. Forking, Remixing, and Reuse

If product functionality allows others to fork, remix, or reuse your content, you understand and agree that:

  • making content public or posting content to Hemidi's partner marketplace, library, or similar public mechanism shall be deemed your affirmative permission for other users to access and use such content in accordance with the corresponding public configuration; if you do not make content public, other users are not entitled to access it solely because they also use the Service;
  • public content may be copied, transformed, and used by other users within or outside the Service for their own purposes, provided that such content or asset is not a resource, component, or right designated by Hemidi as proprietary to Hemidi in the applicable documentation or product configuration;
  • deleting the original or ceasing to make it public does not automatically revoke copies, forks, remixes, or usage rights that were validly created or arose before the deletion or cessation of public status, unless otherwise required by law or unless such content is handled due to a violation of law, third-party rights, or applicable policy;
  • Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion, configure download, fork, remix, or data export rights differently depending on the type of content, type of plan, or product settings.

If you wish to apply a separate license to your public content or digital assets, you must clearly publish such license within the scope of functionality supported by the Service.

The fact that public content may be used by other users to build their own products or services does not by default mean that such content may be used to train, fine-tune, or improve competing artificial intelligence models or products, unless the applicable documentation expressly permits such use.

If public content or a partner marketplace listing is accompanied by licensing terms, reuse restrictions, configuration flags, warning labels, or documentation specifically applicable to it, those conditions shall prevail to the relevant extent.

Due to the nature of generative artificial intelligence systems, other users may independently create or receive outputs that are the same as or similar to content, products, or outputs that you have created or made public.

5. Additional Obligations for Partner Marketplace Listings

For partner marketplace listings, extensions, or integrations:

  • you must accurately describe how they operate, the types of data accessed, and the system permissions required;
  • you must update the description when there is a material change in functionality or risk;
  • you are responsible for the content, code, data, and effects arising from your listing;
  • if the partner marketplace requires a contact channel or minimum support level, you must maintain such information for as long as the listing remains displayed.

6. Moderation, Removal, and Suspension

Where necessary to protect Users, the Hemidi ecosystem, third-party rights, or to comply with law, Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion:

  • refuse publication of or remove public content, listings, or extensions;
  • require revisions to descriptions, warning labels, metadata, or access rights;
  • suspend or terminate, cancel, revoke, adjust, or temporarily lock installation, download, or distribution;
  • process complaints relating to intellectual property, privacy, safety, or fraud.

Hemidi reserves the right to remove or hide content without maintaining its display indefinitely, but will seek to apply processes appropriate to the nature of the matter and practical operational capability.

7. Reporting Violations and Rights Complaints

Users, rights holders, or interested parties may submit violation reports or rights complaints through the support contact point, legal contact point, or intake tool published by Hemidi. Hemidi reserves the right to require documentation proving rights, information regarding the complained-of content, and the complainant's contact information in order to process the matter.

8. No Endorsement of Third-Party Content

Hemidi's permitting content to appear publicly or on the partner marketplace does not mean that Hemidi endorses, certifies, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for the poster. Users must independently assess technical, legal, and operational risks before relying on third-party public content or listings.

9. Relationship with Other Documents

This Policy applies together with:

In the event of any conflict, the documentation specifically applicable to the relevant Service type, content type, or partner relationship shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

For public content displayed on the Website, HEMIDI_WEBSITE_TERMS_OF_USE.md may govern Website access at a general level, but this Policy shall prevail with respect to the reuse, forking, remixing, installation, downloading, listing, or distribution of public content and partner marketplace listings.
