1. Scope of Application

This Code applies to forums, comment sections, project-sharing areas, template-sharing areas, the partner marketplace, community support channels, online events, and all public or semi-public interaction spaces operated or administered by Hemidi.

2. General Principles

When participating in the Hemidi community, you must:

  • respect others;
  • communicate honestly, clearly, and in good faith;
  • share only content that you have the right to publish;
  • respect the privacy, intellectual property rights, and professional boundaries of others.

3. Unacceptable Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following conduct:

  • harassing, insulting, threatening, disclosing another person's personal information, or inciting hatred;
  • posting spam, unrelated advertising, manipulating discussions, or impersonating others;
  • posting unlawful content, harmful content, malware, phishing links, or harmful instructions;
  • publicly disclosing private data, confidential data, access keys, or vulnerabilities that have not been reported through the appropriate process;
  • exploiting the community to solicit fraudulent transactions or create confusion regarding any relationship with Hemidi.

4. Content Shared in the Community

When posting projects, shared templates, comments, outputs, or other content in community spaces, you represent and agree that:

  • you have the right to post such content;
  • you are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and safety of such content;
  • you must attach reasonable warning labels if the content involves risks, material dependencies, or requires users to exercise judgment before use;
  • you must not cause others to misunderstand that such content has been certified, reviewed, or guaranteed by Hemidi unless Hemidi has published such statement.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Where necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or enforce policies, Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion, apply one or more of the following measures:

  • remove, hide, lock, or label content;
  • restrict comments, lock topics, or limit an account's participation rights;
  • require the poster to revise descriptions, add warnings, or remove content;
  • notify the relevant administrator organization or competent authority where permitted or required by law.

Hemidi does not undertake to permanently retain all community content.

6. Reporting Violations

If you identify violating content, you should use the reporting tool or support contact published by Hemidi to provide notice. Hemidi reserves the right to request additional information for evaluation and handling.

7. Relationship with Other Documents

This Code applies together with HEMIDI ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, HEMIDI PUBLIC CONTENT AND PARTNER MARKETPLACE POLICY, and the applicable terms of service. In the event of any conflict, the document specifically applicable to the relevant Service or area will prevail to the extent of such conflict.
