1. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all individuals, organizations, developers, end users, partners, and third parties using Hemidi's websites, applications, APIs, automation features, workspaces, artificial intelligence features, community areas, partner marketplace, or related services.
This Policy shall be read together with HEMIDI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE POLICY, HEMIDI API AND DEVELOPER PLATFORM TERMS, and the applicable Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the document specifically applicable to the relevant Service, product, or legal relationship shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
You may use the Service only for lawful, safe purposes and in accordance with Hemidi's terms, policies, and applicable law.
2. General Principles
You must not use the Service in any manner that:
- violates the law or the lawful rights and interests of others;
- unlawfully affects the safety, security, stability, or reliability of the Service;
- materially misrepresents the origin, capabilities, or limitations of the Service;
- circumvents or attempts to circumvent usage limits, access controls, safety mechanisms, or technical limitations applied by Hemidi;
- causes abnormal resource consumption or exploits the system beyond the scope permitted by Hemidi.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following conduct:
- uploading, generating, distributing, or providing instructions for the use of malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing tools, exploit code, or content facilitating unauthorized intrusion;
- using the Service for fraud, impersonation, manipulation to misappropriate information, spam, harassment, threats, extortion, or dissemination of false information causing harm;
- systematic data extraction, scanning, unauthorized benchmarking, reverse engineering, materially copying the technical logic of the Service, or using Hemidi's outputs, system signals, or observed system behavior to develop directly competing services without Hemidi's prior written consent;
- intentionally circumventing technical measures, scanning for vulnerabilities, conducting password spraying, compromising accounts, compromising access keys, or unlawfully collecting credentials;
- infringing the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, personal data, privacy, or other lawful rights of any person;
- payment fraud, mass creation of fake accounts, abuse of promotions, or exploitation of system errors to misappropriate credits, billing units, or account benefits;
- creating, storing, or distributing content clearly prohibited by law, including but not limited to child sexual exploitation content, human trafficking, terrorism, or content directly serving serious criminal conduct.
4. High-Risk Use Contexts
Because Hemidi's Service may generate source code, documents, or AI-assisted content, you must carry out independent human review when using the Service in sensitive or high-risk contexts.
Unless Hemidi has a separate written agreement or publication, you must not use the Service as the sole basis or final decision-making basis in the following cases:
- diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or clinical decisions;
- determinative legal advice or replacement of legal professionals;
- credit scoring, material financial decisions, insurance, or hiring;
- mass biometric surveillance, mass identification, or broad-scale monitoring;
- operation of systems that may pose serious risks to life, health, security, or critical infrastructure;
- development or operation of cyberattack tools, malware, or means of unauthorized intrusion.
The foregoing restrictions also apply where you use Hemidi's artificial intelligence systems, agents, webhooks, automated workflows, or integrations to make recommendations, send content, take actions, or support decision-making processes on behalf of other Users without appropriate independent human review where the use case so requires.
5. Data and Content Provided by You
You may upload, process, or make data public only where you have all necessary rights, notices, and proper legal bases. You must not:
- upload personal data, confidential data, or trade secrets contrary to your authority or confidentiality obligations;
- use the Service to process data that your law or contracts do not permit you to process;
- make projects, outputs, listings, or other content public where you do not have the right to share them;
- present AI-assisted outputs as entirely human-created if doing so may materially mislead.
6. Community, Public Content, and Partner Marketplace
When participating in the community or posting public content, you must not:
- post unlawful content, hate-inciting content, harassment, fraud, or harmful content toward others;
- distribute projects, shared templates, or source code containing malware, backdoors, unauthorized tracking mechanisms, or components posing serious risks without clear warning;
- manipulate reviews, mass post duplicates, impersonate developers, impersonate official affiliations, or misuse Hemidi's brand;
- publicly disclose private data, secret keys, access credits, or internal information of another organization.
7. Integrations, APIs, and Automation Features
If you use APIs, webhooks, automation features, task runners, or automated integrations, you must fully comply with the following obligations:
- protect access keys, system secrets, and operating environments;
- monitor the behavior of automated processes and implement stop measures when anomalies are detected;
- not deploy automated processes capable of mass dissemination, unauthorized intrusion, or unintended harm;
- provide appropriate notice to end users if an artificial intelligence system or automated process is taking actions, sending content, or making recommendations on their behalf where the relevant use case requires such disclosure.
8. Enforcement
If there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated this Policy, Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion, apply one or more of the following measures:
- issue a warning or require remediation;
- remove content, disable listings, or restrict sharing capability;
- limit features, quotas, API access, or workspace usage rights;
- suspend or terminate, cancel, revoke, adjust, or temporarily lock the account;
- notify the account administrator organization, relevant partners, or competent authorities where permitted or required by law.
In cases involving urgent risk to the system, other Users, or third parties, Hemidi reserves the right to apply temporary measures before completing its internal review process.
9. Reporting Violations
Hemidi may provide tools or contact points to receive reports of abuse, violating content, or safety incidents. Users should submit reports through the support contact point or violation reporting contact point published by Hemidi on the Service.
10. Policy Updates
Hemidi reserves the right to update this Policy to reflect changes in products, risk models, operational processes, or legal requirements.
