HEMIDI REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective date: March 26, 2026

1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to paid plans, recurring subscription plans, trial plans that may convert to paid plans, usage-based pricing models, credits, billing units, and other payment transactions provided by Hemidi, unless otherwise provided in an enterprise contract, order form, or commercial documentation.

This Policy does not exclude any rights of Users under consumer protection laws or mandatory payment regulations, where such rules apply.

2. General Principles

Hemidi may offer free plans, trial plans, recurring plans on 30-day cycles, prepaid balance plans, or usage-based pricing models. Because these are digital services activated immediately upon payment or upon the incurrence of usage, not all payments are eligible for refunds.

In considering a refund request or payment adjustment, Hemidi reserves the right to take into account the following factors:

  • the type of plan and type of transaction;
  • the time when the transaction occurred and the time when the request was submitted;
  • the level of actual usage;
  • the cause of the dispute;
  • relevant operational data, payment data, and system logs;
  • mandatory legal obligations;
  • separate terms in the applicable contract or commercial documentation.

3. Cancellation of Recurring Plans

You may request cancellation of a recurring plan through the account management channel, payment page, or support channel published by Hemidi for the relevant service plan.

Unless Hemidi provides otherwise for a specific plan:

  • cancellation takes effect at the end of the recorded billing cycle;
  • fees for the current cycle are generally non-refundable solely because you discontinue use;
  • if you do not cancel before the renewal date, the system may continue charging for the next 30-day cycle in accordance with the published mechanism;
  • after cancellation, you may continue using the plan until the end of the paid term, unless the account is suspended or terminated under the applicable terms.

4. Trial Plans and Conversion to Paid Plans

If Hemidi provides a trial plan, Hemidi may require you to provide a payment method in advance. Unless otherwise notified, the trial plan may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.

You are responsible for monitoring the end date of the trial plan and completing cancellation before the renewal time if you do not wish to be charged.

5. Credits, Billing Units, and Usage-Based Pricing

Credits, billing units, prepaid balances, or similar usage units may be subject to HEMIDI CREDIT AND BILLING UNIT TERMS.

Unless required by law or otherwise provided by Hemidi in writing:

  • issued, consumed, allocated, or expired credits or billing units are generally non-refundable;
  • credits or billing units are not deposits, do not accrue interest, and do not have independent payment value outside the Service;
  • fees incurred based on actual usage are generally non-refundable solely because you later discontinue use of the Service.

6. Cases Where Hemidi May Consider a Refund or Adjustment

Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion, consider a full or partial refund or apply an appropriate adjustment in the following cases:

  • duplicate charges or incorrect charges due to a system error;
  • verified fraudulent transactions;
  • the Service could not be provided for a material period due to a serious error on Hemidi's side;
  • you submit the request promptly after renewal and usage in the new cycle is very low or not yet material;
  • consumer protection law or mandatory payment regulations require a refund.

The form of handling may include refunding to the original payment method where feasible, granting service credits, extending the usage period, or another reasonable arrangement appropriate to the type of transaction.

7. Cases Typically Not Eligible for Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, refund requests will generally not be accepted in the following cases:

  • you change your purchase decision after having used the Service to a material extent;
  • the payment has been used to purchase or consume credits, billing units, or actual usage;
  • you did not cancel renewal even though Hemidi had published a reasonable cancellation mechanism for that plan;
  • the account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of the applicable terms or policies;
  • functionality was limited due to policy-violating conduct or misuse by you;
  • the incident arose from systems, integrations, or providers selected by you and not directly controlled by Hemidi.

8. Refund Request Process

You should submit a refund request or payment complaint through the support contact point or payment contact point published by Hemidi, together with the following information:

  • account information;
  • transaction code, invoice, or related proof;
  • the time when the issue occurred;
  • a brief description of the reason for the request;
  • supporting documents, if any.

Hemidi reserves the right to request additional information to verify the request, prevent fraud, and perform accounting, tax, or record-retention obligations.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If the payment method you used supports chargebacks or a similar dispute mechanism, you should first contact Hemidi so that Hemidi may review and assist.

In the event of an unfounded chargeback request or signs of abuse of the payment dispute mechanism, Hemidi reserves the right to, at its discretion, suspend or terminate, cancel, revoke, adjust, or temporarily lock the account, pause new transactions, or reconcile outstanding obligations before restoring the Service. This provision does not limit your lawful rights to dispute fraudulent transactions or transactions not made by you.

10. Enterprise Customers

For enterprise customers, workspaces, or customers entering into separate contracts, refund, termination, service credit, invoicing, and payment term policies may be governed by the relevant contract, order form, service level agreement, or commercial appendix.

11. Policy Updates

Hemidi reserves the right to update this Policy from time to time. Material changes relating to pricing, renewal conditions, or refund conditions will be applied in accordance with the notice method published for the relevant service plan.
